caprice is a Naarm-based multidisciplinary artist and self-described walking jukebox. Moving between music, DJing, filmmaking and storytelling, her work blends groove-driven electronic music with the lived experiences that inspire it.

Beginning as a singer-songwriter, caprice spent almost a year travelling through South America with a guitar and a camera, documenting the journey through a long-form vlog. Returning to Australia with hundreds of hours of footage, she taught herself music production and began transforming those stories into electronic music.

Her debut self-produced project, just a fan, marked the beginning of that evolution, fusing minimal house, conversational vocals and documentary storytelling into a project that now extends from the studio to the dance floor.
